Someone slammed me again.

Someone took it upon themselves to slam me with a subscription I don't need. Again. Does this person/the staff ever check the Last Logged In thing? Do they realize that this is the first time I've been on this site since, probably, my last birthday, and that I'm at the point where I'm totally justified looking forward to my next one?
